Established in 1987, Top Flight Gymnastics has served California’s East Bay and surrounding area as a family-owned facility for the last thirty years. Sporting a fully equipped gym, friendly and experienced coaches, and a convenient location on the border of Fremont and Newark, you’re guaranteed to find a place with our family! While we boast being a National Olympic Training Facility (2008 Olympian Kevin Tan grew his wings with us!) , Top Flight offers a wide variety of classes for students of all ages. Our classes include: preschool classes, recreational gymnastics, developmental programs, competitive team, Ninja Zone, special education classes, adult gymnastics, and more!
The sport of gymnastics provides fundamentals for all sports and future interests, focusing on flexibility, coordination, strength, self-confidence, discipline, respect, and team-work. These are just a handful of skills our students achieve and use as they grow, through encouragement and acceptance. Our greatest joy is to provide a fun and safe environment to allow the children of today to take flight as they become the successful adults of tomorrow.
