BIRTHDAY PARTIES
Guidelines
- Parties must be booked in person.
- A non-refundable $75.00 deposit is due at booking if the balance cannot be paid in full.
- We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as cash and checks. Checks must be made payable to Top Flight Gymnastics. There is a $15.00 return fee on all returned or bounced checks.
- Gym members qualify for a 10% discount off the total package price.
- Coach gratuity is appreciated.
- Waivers must be signed and filed for all active participants out on the gymnastics floor.
- Children under the age of three (3) are not permitted on the floor without adult supervision.
- Adults are not allowed to be out on the gymnastics floor unless supervising a young child and under no circumstances are adults permitted to use the equipment.
- No more than 40 children will be allowed onto the floor at any time.
- Any changes made to the party details or total must be confirmed no less than one week prior to the party date.
- Please arrive fifteen (15) minutes prior to the party for set-up.
- Top Flight Gymnastics does not provide food, cake, beverages, or place settings. You may bring your own food (or even order delivery), but please keep in mind we offer limited refrigerator space. Ice chests or coolers may be necessary. Leftover food must be removed from the premises.
- No confetti, gum, glass bottles, or alcoholic beverages are allowed.
- Parties that go over their assigned time limit will be charged a late fee.
- Top Flight Gymnastics is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please check your presents and belongings before leaving the building.
Birthday Party Packages
1 – 10 Children: $625.00
11 – 20 Children: $675.00
21 – 30 Children: $750.00
31 – 40 Children: $850.00
Additional Hour: $100.00
All birthday party packages include one (1) hour of gymnastics play (obstacle courses, trampoline, tumble trak & foam pit, rope swings, games, and bounce house) as well as forty-five (45) minutes at the party tables (food, beverages, cake, celebration & presents) and a Top Flight T-shirt for the birthday child.
